Are all of the fares available online?

Currently, most of our fares are available online. We have fares to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, if you don't see what you need please contact us, and we will be happy to check for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made by agency check, cashier's check, or major credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. A Credit Card Authorization form may need to be filled out in certain circumstances. We also accept cash for those customers who come into our office.

Why do you charge credit card surcharges on some carriers?

If the airline charges a surcharge, we simple pass the charge on to you.

How do I add seats, meals, and/or frequent flier information to a booking?

In the booking process, you will have the ability to add this information. If you do not have this information at the time of the booking, you may send an e-mail to agent@agentsky.net with the PNR number, and the relevant information. One of our agents will add this information to the reservation, and reply to you advising that your request has been completed.

How long am I able to hold a reservation?

When you make a reservation for your client, you will get a confirmation e-mail, advising you of the ticketing deadline. It is our recommendation that you give yourself an extra day for processing, and advise your client the deadline is at least 1-2 days less than what we advise you. Also, it is very important to note that all fares & taxes may change anytime (without notice), before the tickets are issued.
